This place has been on my list for quite some time, but did meet my set expectations; the spare ribs were really dry (I've had tastier ones at a cheaper price point as well) and the fries were overcooked (unfortunately, also very dry). All in all, disappointed, also given the fact that it's a bit pricier compared to many other places (at least, for ribs). From reading the reviews here, probably should have gone for their steaks instead of their spare ribs..
When you're a fan of excellent steaks this is by far the best there is in Haarlem. They have exclusive steaks from Dutch to Japanese Wagyu. The ribeye was amazing and the service is always great.
The Chorizo A La Brasa is recommended. Aside from, obviously, the main meat dishes.
If you like meat, this one of the best places ever. Food quality is pretty good and service extremely friendly. Decoration may need some refurnished but you don't go there for that. 😂
Absolutely fantastic place. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The prices are a little more than your average restaurant but the steaks were beautiful, as were the sides and the wine. The atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. I loved this place, would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!
