On Tuesday December 30 brought 4 hares for cleaning. I was able to pick them up a week later and 'of course' they were not yet frozen. I had specifically requested this. That Tuesday (January 6) called or a day later was possible. Of course, no problem. My wife picks them up on Wednesday and what appears? The hares have been frozen and she has not been given 4, but 2. My complaint was filed by telephone and that became an extremely customer-friendly conversation. A few quotes "It doesn't matter if they are frozen, aren't you eating them all tonight?", "With us they automatically go into the freezer", "No, after delivery, we don't do that", "then you go somewhere else next time? ". Well indeed, that will certainly happen, what a worthless tent!
