This is not a first time I am surprised with discounts at this shop (I add a picture), but what can you expect when children labor is legal. Its also amazing when 5 people are standing in a row and personal just stays talking on a phone. Shouting from one shop side to another to each other is normal behavior of a staff...
Vomar has to be my favorite grocery store. It's pretty cheap, staff is friendly and there is actually enough staff to help you find stuff. Lines at cash register are pretty short, even during the busy moments.
definitely some items could be cheaper. i'm no bio fanatic at all, but i like grains like millet, barley and buckwheat, and dried pulses. the more expensive bio ones are easy to find because they're placed in the bio rack, but you need to do some browsing in this shop for the 'normal', homer-simpson-priced ones. i don't blame the vomar company, i'm just asking myself if some food items could be demoted from elite-food to homer-simpson food. i'm homer, of course, and i'm looking for bargains!
Absolute disgrace slow service made to get cash from machine because they dont take Visa, then they said my money was fake because it wont go through there scanner, brought chicken that was disgusting, feel very sorry for the people who live in this dump, it's the worst place I have been in Netherlands and I have been to many places.
Is good supermarket and finding always what I need and also good prices !
