DHL Global Forwarding

Disgusting service. 4 failed delivery attempts and each time I call up they need to update my number again on their system. How many systems do you have!?? Also, they are complete liars! The delivery was marked attempted when I sat by the window for the entire hour during which it was supposedly attempted and NO ONE even showed up. They just mark it as attempted when they can't be bothered to deliver it! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU RUN AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY WITH THIS MUCH INCOMPETENCY

I have dealt with DHL several times now, but not once have I had anything positive to say about this. I am systematically waiting for them all day. The day before you get a time: between 10 and 12. On the day itself, this shifts: between 13 and 17. The hours pass, my heart beats expectantly (because WHOOO PACKAGE !!) but the deliverer does not show up. An hour after the 'deadline' has passed, the dreaded words appear: we have missed you .... Tears. TEARS! But not a package. And not once, but with every package. DHL, when do you take an example from PostNL? I don't want to lose you, but I really have to cry a little bit from your service.

I feel cheated! Say they missed you but they didn't even go.

Nowadays, if you want to have personal contact with a company, you will be punished if you want to do that by phone. I hate e-mail and other related forms of communication so I prefer to call it, but that will cost me a Euro anyway and what appeared after inquiries of a note from DHL (without address, date etc) the package was not for me.Next time I do not respond because DHL does not listen to me and I certainly will not use the services of this company.
