So far no good(s). Track and trace showed my package going in several days from depot Brussels to depot Utrecht and from depot Utrecht to depot Sliedrecht. Finally this morning (Friday) 07h47 driving to my address. I've been waiting all day; no package. 18h33 statusupdate: ' back at depot Sliedrecht due to special circumstances '. No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. I doubt if it will finally arrive on Monday. You can call depot for €1,00 per minute for help/ service; I refuse to pay for that.

Was very unclear, driver didn’t show up. You have to pay extra costs to call their customer service, which is ridiculous. And worst of all every time i called I received no help and no explanation. Their pick up location is in the middle of nowhere by the highway, only accessible by car. Waste of time and money.
