Didn't get my nails done here (yet) but I just headed into Tilly's with a quick question to see if they could help me with an issue. They were more than welcoming and helpful. 5* for customer service and I will definitely be coming back to get my nails done. Thank you 🙏

Worst manicure EVER. Manicurist (sic) used a DRILL to remove my cuticles. I had never had this done before but trusted she knew what she was doing. As soon as I showed my usual manicurist in London, she shrieked, "OMG!! What have you done!!!??? You've destroyed your nails. Why did you use a drill on natural nails? That is never done." On top of that, the manicurist (sic) at Tilly's hadn't even removed the cuticles! She had merely created a massive dent in my usual nail which will now take months to go away. I wish I could post the photo I've taken, but google it, and you will find it on my Twitter account. Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Here are the photos taken right after my manicure is done so I like the nail polish but not the manicure. The lady was very kind and i had a good service.
