I used their service multiple times: there is no consistency in quality. One day you are lucky with the specialist, another day it’s really painful and unprofessional. On certain days you wait for 30-40 minutes to get accepted, when you had an appointment of course. My last drop was when I made a booking in a system, when i came to the salon, it turned out they are closed on Mondays. So, I took time from work for nothing. I will never come back and it’s not worth your time neither!

The best place to go for a wax in the city. However... They are impossible to reach! I've been trying to get in touch with them for days by email and phone to cancel my appointment but the emails remain unanswered and no one picks up the phone. This is not okay - how can it be expected that a customer cancels their appointment 24h in advance at the latest (to avoid being billed) if it's totally impossible to reach them at all?

Always quick and affordable. Almost purely portugese spoken. Some difference in ‘style’ from one employee to the next. I find it entertaining. Recommend!
