When you don't have a type of tea that is on your menu you can at least say "sorry" after I've been waiting in line 5 mins after I've ordered and paid for it. Ideally you keep an eye on your stock

Best coffee in Amsterdam. My colleagues and I always drink coffee at this place before going to work. The staff has a lot of expertise and is very friendly towards customers! They also serve various teas and delicacies. AND THIS PLACE IS OPEN FOR TAKEAWAY DURING THE PANDEMIC, WOW, WHAT A SERVICE! 5 stars!

Coffee company needs to improve on certain aspects. This is not linked to this specific joint, but in general. Orders are many times messed up. When ordering a decaf caramel cappuccino with a normal cappuccino it is becoming increasingly likely that the order is messed and end up with a caramel cappuccino and a normal decaf cappuccino. If you add different sizes and types of milk, the odds of getting what was ordered further decreases. Aside from that, the coffee tastes good and it provides for the most part a relaxing and cozy experience.

Cozy place. Sometimes too crowded to my liking. Coffee is good. My fellow swedes liked it, so it's a good sign.
