My experience with USA-Import could not have been a more pleasant one. The professionalism of the organization was initially noticed the moment they picked-up our car up in Virginia Beach, VA and they followed through with the same professional courtesy and quality during the importation, in-country inspection, registration and licensing processes through to the very end when we collected our car at the indoor storage facility in Rotterdam Port. The collection process was so smooth and effortless. The car was just as clean as it was when we turned it over to them. My overall experience was that I could not have asked for better service. USA-Import came through with flying colors and I recommend them with the highest regard. Very well done!

Fantastic customer service!!! Highly recommended!! Coen at USA Car Imports helped me acquire a brand new Ford F150 super crew. His attention to detail and communication was excellent, despite my specific requirements for this truck, he was extremely diligent in the process of acquiring the exact truck I have been looking at purchasing for a long time! A huge thank you to Coen at USA car import for supplying and delivering my truck to the UK. Unfortunately because of Covid I wasn't able to see my truck till it arrived in the UK, but was kept informed at every step of the way. A perfect transaction, very highly recommend using USA Car Import

No experience of the sale itself- as a Business student I called to inquiry about the task as a salesman in cardealership unfortunately got hung up immediately- not very friendly

For our expat branch, we were looking for a spacious American family car for a customer. USA car import recommended a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid 7-seater. The decisive factor was the BPM, which was not too bad with 67 grams of CO2. Thanks for the service, advice and great car at a competitive price. Also with tips on where to have maintenance done.
