Horrible & disappointing online shopping experience with Claudia Strater while ordering a leather jacket of 349 EUR. I had to make 4 or 5 phone calls to receive only an update of when they will be processing my refund because DHL couldn't deliver this item to my house. Each time they would say that they will keep me informed and obviously they did NOT. Only after telling them that I will contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets I managed to receive a confirmation that the item was back to their warehouses and that they will process the refund in 14 days. Lack of respect towards customers, unprofessional attitude and they claim to be a respectful brand.
Beautiful label and will become even better! Especially at all our locations!
