Esprit

Store is inside Gelderlandplien. Has clothes for men and women. Would be nice if they also stalked kids clothes.

Nice shop and very friendly personell.

A long time I bought the clothes at Esprit Gelderlandplein. Unfortunately, I recently wanted to return 2 new items (received as a birthday present 2 days earlier, unfortunately in the wrong size) and this proved impossible. I could only return the clothing at the store where it was purchased, while this was outside of Amsterdam. Esprit Gelderlandplein said it was impossible to adopt the dress of another Esprit store and did not even make a call to another office and apparently could do nothing for me. Money back had not been necessary, a store credit was already fine, but that was not possible. It is a shame that they have dealt with me in such a customer-unfriendly way, after all I bought a lot from this store and now think about doing that again.

Clothes in colors and good sizes!

Good selection, clean shop, friendly staff, but a rack to put back appropriate clothing would be welcome.
