Do not have much experience with “huisart” medical system in Netherlands. We found 10 months ago, GP through google locator-location of the doctor was only criteria. We had less than 10 interaction requires doctors involvement. Have not managed to talk with doctor, 50% of our experience phone doesn’t respond and in a weekend and Dutch school vacation 100% no hone respond, other 50% get secretary, every time promising to be called back by doctor with no actual success any time by phone only advanced appointments. Emergency call option presented for some emergency matters, was responded, but after question if it cannot be classified “life-death”, there is an advise to call on regular line with 50% hit rate. Every time we had appointment minimum expected delay time of appointment was 15 minutes with maximum waiting time over 40 minutes, with afterwords maximum doctor treatment time of 15 minutes. Why do you need to get an advanced appointment ?
