Because it is hard to find, I was 5 minutes later for my physio appointment. When I entered and neatly reported to the desk, I was asked if I wanted to take a seat in the waiting room. After 45 minutes I indicated that I was waiting a long time. One assistant tells the other that she should have sent me upstairs (this is not done), just call the physio, he had no time left. We waited 45 minutes for nothing, due to poor internal communication. In addition, I thought it looked messy, empty coffee cups on the table etc. The ladies behind the reception desk were only busy with each other instead of waiting patients, or cleaning up the mess. All in all a worthless experience, so when she offered me a new appointment I refused this, I will go somewhere else.
