Bad service, zero emphaty and zero knowledge. My daughter had a couple serious allergic reactions but the doctor did not even took it seriously. Just sent us to home. It could have been worse. So you better go somewhere else.

Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. No consistency of care and operating model across the various GP's in this clinic and you are not really assigned to one either. Am certainly looking to go elsewhere. For instance, they have an "e-consult" system which was originally appealing to me for online correspondence w/ your doctor. But it's rather frustrating to see your supposedly "GP" after more than a year responds with most basic questions while they have access to your test results/profile and is unwilling to engage unless you "book an appointment" and show up in person.

I was very surprised at the negative reviews left here. My family has been very happy with this practice for more than 20 years. We were originally patients of Dr. Piet Postema who took extremely good care of our family until he retired some years ago. Dr. Morelis took over his position and we are very pleased to say that we have continued to receive the same great care. Dr. Morelis is a very knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful doctor that listens carefully. He will also refer to a specialist if necessary. I am also very happy with the service we receive from the receptionists. They are always friendly and eager to help.

Good doctors. You can arrive without an appointment from 08:00-09:00 during weekdays, but it's often quite busy.

Go elsewhere! I did just after threee months there. Incompetent and zero empathy doctors and staff.
