They promise to call you back but never call you back. They tell you that they will get back to you on email but never send. They don’t send the prescription to apotheek on time. It feels like they don’t feel your problem. It feels like Doctors have limited knowledge on the things.

Doctors barely care at what your issue is. They say wait and that is it. Ok I will wait but if I take the time to come to the doctor and I don’t feel right, I pay insurance and I go to the doctor once a year I DESERVE on that one time to be taken seriously. Bad bad service and zero listening skills toward patience . Don’t waste your time here because they don’t waste theirs on you.

What a terrible practice with doctor and receptionist being super rude. This is no way to treat patients and is just disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves . Do not even bother visiting this practice.

This practice is a joke. I had to fill in a sheet as a new patient to get a vaccination. That sheet was only available in dutch and not english, and asking further questions about it was ignored. I had to wait until they would call me, but didn't hear anything back for a while. After i heard back from them they told me its not possible and that i would need to get another vaccination which i did not need and got told i should not be listening to family members, which i mentioned before are doctors. The lady started acting really rude and told me that she is gone hang up now and would not be charging me any money. (for what, for doing nothing!). It is really disappointing to see a service like this especially in such an important area. People who don´t know how to talk to patients in the right manner and try to give wrong advise, should not be allowed to practise on any patient.

I went there for a small skin surgery. "Easy-peasy" the doctor said, and failed to remove everything correctly. I had to get the same surgery again (at a different doctor), and now the scar is really quite visible. Screw that!
