It's an incredibly disappointing experience. They take little time to understand symptoms, ask little to no follow up questions and don't really seem to care. If it's not life threatening there is no help or advice they offer. I get more out of a google search. That's not how it should be!

The staff were nice and helpful however the doctor that I dealt with made me make 3 appointments only to tell me that she would not be able to help with my request. Something that could have been done after the first request. She had little to no empathy and was not very professional. I would not recommend this practice.

Avoid this place, especially doctor Lal. Very unprofessional not only with regards to the advise they provide but also with regards scheduling appointments and communication. Never got the feeling for a second that they cared, listened and were motivated to help me.

This place is abusing me. I waited weeks for a appointment and doctor lied about calling. The assistant shouted at me for trying to solve the problem. I almost forget about I am still a patient. I will find all kind of ways to complain this clinic.

AVOID AVOID AVOID On one occasion they failed to contact me with results they had for weeks, after about the 5th desperate phone-call they miraculously found them- just because they deemed them not a priority, this apparently meant they didn't need to call & let me know. On other occasion the receptionist called & left a voicemail to inform me about a urine sample I had, this information was shortly followed by the receptionists shrieking with laughter. I have never felt so let down by a doctors surgery.
