Terrible service, my boyfriend was at their location to get a flower for me as a surprise, they refused to serve him. He even had told them our story and why he wanted to surprise me , but they said they don’t care, they told him he is 30 mins early and they won’t sell! Whereas the shopkeepers were standing there doing nothing. Not only you recessed your client, but also you did not want to contribute to anything good for humanity. Terrible service, I don’t recommend to buy anything from this mean people.
I bought flowers and vases several times over the course of leaving in the neighborhood for the past 2+ years. Most of the times, the service was either dissapointing or shocking! Both of the women who serve at the shop are rude/cold and seem to be annoyed that you are asking for advice about flowers - at their flowershop! It would make a whole lot of difference if you treated the customers like you care (even a little bit). Two of my friends even stopped to buy flowers on their way to mine and had the same experience that it seemed that all the owners wanted to do was get rid of them ASAP! This is really too bad because they have a nice selection of seasonal flowers (even xmas trees in the winter), that I was willing to pay for until recently despite the price. I switched to Bloomon.com now and get my flowers delivered bi-weekly, minus the rudeness!

Their flowers last much longer and they are always updated with the nicest seasonal options. The staff is great, always willing to help you and very creative!!!
