Good selection of jewelry and great service.
Walked in to this jewelry store intending to look at wedding bands. Would almost certainly have bought a ring which would have cost between €1,000 and €2,000. It was 30 minutes before closing and I’m standing in front or the case that holds the rings and have already decided which ones I was to look at. The guy told me I need an appointment to look at rings and it usually takes about 30 minutes. There were 2 people working and no other customers.
He actually suggested that we set an appointment for another day which meant he wanted me to leave the store and not purchase a ring today and possibly he would never see me again because he was too lazy to show me a few rings today. He was more focused on closing the store and leaving on time than on selling his company’s products. This is #DutchCustomerService at its worst.
