Terrible quality, and not helpful at all. I bought an engagement ring and after a week of normal wearing it looks as if it was 5years old. Very very disappointed

People very friendly and with a fast service. I took my breil watch to change the strap, and while in other places it took them months, here they did it in a couple of days.

The man behind the counter opened my girlfriends watch to look inside. Claimed there was nothing wrong with it (even though it is not ticking). Then he found out that he couldnt close it again. Worst part is that he acted as if we were the idiots, not him.. Talk about customer service!
