I would like to thanks a lot for the service provided by Tamara and also the ace team! I see two watches online and sent an email to the shop. She is very kind and patient and thoughtful for many questions I asked. And finally I picked up two watches in the boutique. The highest level of professionalism and exceptional service! My husband who's a watch collector got a recommendation for Ace Jewelers a year ago and I kept it since then in the back of my head as the go to place for when I was ready to buy a special watch for him to celebrate our anniversary. I am still in awe by the incredible service we got from Tamarah and the rest of the team. From the moment we contacted Ace, Tamarah was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She was super accommodating, quick to respond, and just genuinely super nice and thoughtful. We both were so impressed with the service and kindness. You cannot ask for a better place to deal with. I purchased both in person in Amsterdam as well as online and always a perfect experience! Securely packaged and shipped to me in Texas USA.
