I visited this shop today and was pleased to find the staff friendly and helpful. I am always a little nervous that my Dutch is so bad but here there was no problem at all. The staff easily transferred to English and gave me good advice and input. I shall certainly go back again.
The place has really good things but the costumer service is really bad. I do not know if it was because of my skin color, or that I do not speak dutch yet, but the woman there was really rude with me. I was looking for soutache cord and instead of saying: "sorry, I do not know what this is, I do not have this product" the answer was "I do not understand what are you saying" whit a really disrespectful look, and then she say something in dutch (that I could not understand) to the other people in the store. I think that everybody deserve respect! I will never go again to this store even if they have great things.
I love this place - wide range of beads , rocailles , etc - basically they have everything to make your own unique earring or neckles. Every time I go there I always spend more money than I wanted to , but those beads are simply beautiful.
Very happy with the earrings I had here made for my wedding. Good service, very enthusiastic
