A number of days ago a trade-in request was made, but no response after 6 days. Have already bought a nice Rolex but think this service is really bad for a high-end store.

Today I wanted to buy a Rolex, so look on google for a store close to Alkmaar. Look at the site of Schaap en Citroen, and see that they have a nice assortment in Haarlem, so get in the car and after a wonderful walk through Haarlem I arrive in the store. where I ask about the watches on the site, The helping lady says to me, we don't have these here !! to which I say they are on the site, to which the lady answers, what do you think we have all these gold watches in stock here, then the thieves guild would know what we have here. so I ask what do you have? Well sir you have been here before or registered in a very arrogant way. Yes, she asked if you would like a drink, I will say a glass of water, I will get a lukewarm glass of water where the tap was not even flushed. okay can be a mistake. But the manager arrives, after which he confirms everything in his too small suit. with a big arrogance and a moment to show his employees how to deal with this, and after a long story that it would take 3 months if I would order the watch. To which I said, no, he wants it now, and again so annoyingly fake smile (so nice if I could imitate him in a microphone) came up that I was really done with it now, and told the gentleman question that I did not feel good about this, and gave myself a bad feeling !!! I believe, if you are going to purchase something as beautiful as this for several times, for some once in their life, then it must be an experience in the relevant store. I hope that something will be done to help every big or small customer with respect and to give them a wonderful feeling when they walk out the door. By the way, I think that Rolex has opened its own store on the PC for a good reason !!! With kind regards, Mano Bak
