What a bad service. Steam trousers to be taken elsewhere (steaming is mandatory to ensure the hygiene of the tailors). Paid € 8.50. Once at the store where I wanted to have the pants taken in, I immediately got them back because they still had stains on them. Returned to the thimble to ask why they had not steamed the pants properly. Got the comment that it was discolored and there was nothing to do about it. I assume this will be said when I bring the pants away to steam. Nevertheless, since I needed the pants quickly asked if they could take this. That was possible for € 25. That's fine, but then I want the dry cleaning costs to be deducted. After all, my pants were not clean. That was all impossible and suddenly the costs were € 35. I asked why it was € 25 first. Then I was told that I had to take the pants elsewhere, which was accompanied by calling me the customer. In short, scam practice with terrible service

Have been my regular dressmaking for years. Working neatly, the most difficult jobs make them a fantastic result. It is not for nothing that they work for many fashion issues in the P.c Hooft and surroundings.
