Good service and reasonable price (lowest or equivalent to everything I’ve seen in the area). Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Keep in mind it is cash only but there is an ING just around the corner if you forget to bring cash with you.

Brought my vintage velvet jacket (embroidered with mosaic mirrors) here to get it dry-cleaned as I knew it required special treatment. I got it back shrunk, wrinkled and without the mirrors; basically ruined. Unfortunately, they wouldn't take responsibility and delayed the process (5 weeks) to offer me a solution. After numerous calls, visits, advice from the juridisch loket and consumentenbond, a letter to claim damage costs and a final visit to demand action, they finally offered a compensation of 30% of the jacket's cost, which I only just bought a few months ago. I also found out that they dry-cleaned it even though the jacket has no label (they officially aren't allowed to dry-clean clothes without a label) and that they don't dry-clean the clothes themselves but bring it to an external place. In short, if you need a professional drycleaning service and expect customer service and support, don't bring your clothes here. I'm not big on leaving reviews but this experience was disappointing enough to at least warn potential customers looking for a trustworthy dry-cleaning service.

They charge €6 for any number of clothes - washing and drying! Owner is very friendly and theybwash clothes quite well!
