My experience in the Wineboutique was great. I am German so decided to go for a weekend to Amsterdam and found suddenly this boutique. The woman was very nice and helpful, recommended me various wines and I had the opportunity to even taste them, as I said, she was very very nice. Now I am extremely surprised by the quality of the wine!

I keep coming to that shop over and over again trying to find wine which excites me. So far ....poor wines. Not as bad as in supermarkets but not far from that level. Prices are good(meaning i checked them in Vivino and they are not overpriced) quality is fine ( meaning 3.5 out of 5 kind of thing). Thats maybe good description of the wines there ....3,5. The guy who works there does need to learn some friendliness and some wine knowledge. I picked the bottle of Semillon and asked him if thats Chenin Blanc with nobble rot...and he said yeeeeees. Thats all.

Total not knowing where my husband now to surprise again, I walked without any inspiration during my lunch break inside the tiny-looking Wine Boutique. Upon arrival, I was immediately surprised by the size of the case. They have a huge selection and everything is neatly displayed and sorted in large cupboards. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the owner and was helped enormously well. My choice stress and lack of inspiration disappeared like snow in the sun. She is enthusiastic, wonderfully fast and resolute and clearly has a lot of knowledge. I left the store with a nicely packed bottle in a box. I would like to come back here again! P.s. my husband was also very happy with my purchase. ;-)

The wine is good but the man who sells the wine does not even know what customer service means. I felt like he wanted to show me the door as fast as possible ...
