Customer service at Bilderberg Garden is really good. Communication with front desk was very smooth and very helpful with the requests. Everything was as expected and price quality is quite good. Location is also a plus, its 15 min walk to the Rijksmuseum area. Room clean and tidy, well equipped, only fridge was not working, other than that perfect stay.
A great place to stay in. Location is good and not far away from the nearest public transport station.
on arrival there was no electricity, so their system was inaccessible and there was no light in the (bath) room. The sink in the room was also clogged. called the reception and also went there, but there was no solution or compensation. The hotel looks neat, but for a 5 star hotel it does need a small makeover here and there. Kindness of the staff varies, the ladies at the reception where friendly.
Had a really lovely 4 night stay here for my husband's birthday and the hotel staff acknowledged the occasion with firstly a drink of our choice on arrival which was just a great welcoming gesture we then got another lovely and complety unsuspected bottle of bubbly in bucket delivered by two staff members who did a wonderful job on surprising us both, the hotel is spotlessly clean comfortable and beautifully decorated, location is perfect away from the busyness of the city but conveniently located close to the tram stop, great hotel in lovely peaceful surroundings
Lovely staff, great hotel in a quiet leafy upmarket suburb. 5 minute walk to the tram and then 10 minutes in to town. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We stayed in an executive suit and had the benefit of breakfast and a free restocked mini bar daily. Really relaxing a peaceful.
