Disappointing. (Facial cleansing) Pros; - make an appointment quickly -registered with Treatwell -heated seat equipment neat and clean - nice and relaxed without much talking (but this can be improved) Points of improvement; - bad to find (put a sign outside or on the wall) Spent -10 minutes in silence and without her doing anything. (I got a mask on my face, she sat behind me, didn't say or do anything else. It felt extremely uncomfortable. She could have cleaned up a bit, ask if I want a hand massage (unpaid or paid), but do something !) -neck not come along (while I asked this in advance!) -the face not properly cleaned (when I get into my car I always check if I have a red face. There was still some leftovers from the mask under my nose, near my nose and at my hairline) In short, there is still a lot to improve before I come back.
