Found this restaurant by accident walking around the city. Located in a nice hotel with a great vibe. Nice food and service.

I go often to eat here so at this stage it feels like home, but the food is good, it’s not excellent, although the prices are expensive. Service is lovely but albeit staff is untrained. They keep telling me “oh I’m not very knowledgeable in wines” although I ask the most simple questions regarding the wines. Last time I ordered a platter of cheese and when I asked what types of cheese are these, the waitress went off and came back with a piece of paper and a full-on text with description of the cheeses, which took quite a long time to be read out loud to me and the whole thing was truly hilarious 😆.

Arrived with excited expectations as the sister Hotel in London is fantastic. Unfortunately the Brasserie at the Conservatorium needs alot of help... Was booked in for the afternoon tea which began at 15:00. Upon being seated, it took 10 minutes before our water preferences was asked ; 25 minutes to be served the 1st savoury course ; another 30 minutes (this is just waiting time with nothing except tea in front of us) for the sweet course to arrive and when it did, I felt like maybe we just shouldn't have bothered waiting from the very start. It was most frustrating to see another table was served water and an open introduction to the afternoon tea journey before us when they arrived after us. All staff are very good at diverting direct eye contact. It is courtesy to the chef to try everything so my partner convinced me to just see it till the end because sometimes, there is magic. Unfortunately the magic never came, tasted everything but did not finish. The savoury is not inventive nor exciting. The sweets are not refined enough to be served as afternoon tea delicacies. The only interesting taste was the vanilla cream which accompanied the Earl Grey scone. The two pots of tea pairing was predictable and not brewed properly. For an afternoon tea course at 50 euros per pax, it was disappointing. Won't be returning nor recommending anytime soon.
