Rude and unkind service. They only take small packages while postNL says it’s mandatory to accept bigger ones as well. Ridiculous

I couldn't send my package because there was line of people and when was my turn I didn't receive help with packaging... just was told to pack everything myself and come again with ready package. So, I assumed that I would stay all this line again...and decided to go in another post office.
