Terrible!!! Had a present coming, and I received two out of three pieces of the parcel. The delivery guy knew it but still brought the 2/3. NEVER SIGN before you check guys

I came there to pick up a parcel but the staff told me it is not there. I called postnl abd it was there after all. The same happened to me 2 times already!

Terrible service, they constantly make mistakes, are almost always late or slow to serve customers, and are also often rude on top of that.

they made a mistake and did not listen to what i had to say, now my package has been sent back to my address ..

Service very bad. Wanted to send a document, they had no envelopes. I had checked if it was still possible if I had bought envelopes myself. Yes, that was possible. Once bought envelopes, it was told that it could no longer be sent because the colleague in question had already returned home.
