There was a particular pizza on the previous menu I liked that had disappeared from the current menu. They went to the trouble to get the ingredients needed and made the desired pizza.
Now...it was a quiet night and the ingredients could be be found but the willingness to go to the trouble was unexpected but very much appreciated!

This was a company lunch, brunch so I cannot say anything about the dishes which can be ordered during a regular visit. Clear though is that they serve Italian dished. It was well organized. Every table got a small dish (tagiatelli) to start with. This was followed by Penne, pizza and risotto. So we had a taste of most dishes which are served. They were all very tasty. E location is situated in the hard of the Amsterdam business district (Zuid-as) next is Amsterdam Zuid railway station. The entourage is quit nice but it can be little bit noisy. There are only two restrooms (one male, one female). The kitchen is situated halfway the restaurant and it is open. So you can see how the food is prepared. Very nice.
