The sandwich was good, but the staff forgot to make our order (after 25 minutes we reminded them and by the time it was made they were closing and gave us the sandwiches in takeaway containers) and it was somewhat expensive for what it was.

The solid toasties don’t make up for the incompetent service - their process means always a Long wait even though not busy and excess staff - I have tried 3 times now to give them a chance to see if it was a one off but not so

If you want to wait more than half an hour for a simple sandwich and see people ordering after you leave while you are still waiting and if you want to accept rude behavior of the staff, be my guest. Not once but every time I went there. A simple apology is apparently too much for them. Never again.

Nice sandwiches and salads, and reasonably priced (compared to the alternatives in the direct vicinity)
