The guys focus on what your need is, even though you do not know all the terms and are not entirely sure. They take as long as it needs to find out what is best for you. Very satisfied with the collection, the warranties and the expertise.

Excellent service of two very experienced snowboarders. Make an appointment and they take all the time needed to arrive at the right choice for you and fellow boarders. The boot and board options are plenty! If your choice appears less pleasant you can always bring it back and the board ends up in the rental pool. You get to pick a new one.... Good coffee while testing boots as well.

Bought a helmet in the summer and returned to get a new board. Really good advice, didn't try to sell me something most expensive (happens sometimes at other shops) but actually helped me find the right board which happened to be the one I've been eyeing online for a few weeks (Ha!). Got a K2 lime lite, tried it out and, indeed, it's perfect for what I do. Got some really nice bindings too. Highly recommended if you need advice on differences between boards

Picked up a present for my girlfriend which happened to be to small for her. I could get my money back or change for another item. This is great service. My girlfriend decided to buy another item all together. Only understanding words from the employees (and no complaining). Like this attitude!
