Came by the store to get my first suit because I needed it in two weeks. They did an outstanding job at helping me pick and tailor the right suit. Lars, was outstanding. He gave me all the tips I needed. I really enjoyed the whole process and I think it was really important that you are handled with the right people. Recommend this place absolutely! Will come back soon

They were helpful but do not supply bigger sizes and seemed to lack knowledge of where to refer the larger than average guy.

Today I bought my first suit, and thanks to Doron, I made the best choices for suit, shirts, and ties. I want to say a big thank you to him for all the advice and the excellent customer service he provided. Suitsupply means for me three things: high quality, reasonable price, and excellent customer service. I'll be back for sure!

I needed a nice looking suit for my wedding and I chose suit supply to get one. I bought it two months before the wedding, and the shopkeeper suggested me to make small alterations to make it fit better. I left suit to be altered 7 days before the wedding. It was supposed to take three days and no one called me to take it from the store. I called them and they told me suit is ready to be picked up. I went to the store and the shopkeeper was very friendly. I unzipped the suit to check the alterations of the suit, the shop keeper told me it is very simple alterations and it does not really need to be checked. His confidence made me not to check the suit. At home, one day before the wedding, I saw that all the pins are on the suit still. There were no alterations done. They just gave me the same suit again. I had to deal with the alterations the same day with the wedding. It was very stressful. I think communication between the shopkeepers and the tailors is not really good. What you have told to the shopkeeper is not reflected to the tailors. It is just ignored easily. I might have some bad luck, my bad experience might not happen to everyone. But please do not trust what they deliver, and check it again. Even in the wedding day, when I was on the high prio list, they forgot to iron the suit although I told them many times.So please check again and again.

I love this place, not too expensive but still great quality. They are also their own supplier and distributor and makers, that way they have the lowest prices for the highest quality!
