Had an appointment as per the COVID-19 rules. Was made to wait 30 minutes outside so the sales person could help two guys that dit not have an appointment, then let inside and he was constantly busy with another person. Didn't have any of the sizes I needed for 4 different types of shoes. Terrible experience
Nice staff and the store has a good range of sport articles. It's disappointing that they only have one fitting room. I spent more than 15 minutes waiting just for 1 person to get out of the room.
The shop doesn’t have a clue when will the order arrive that I placed 3 weeks ago. No any communication, no confirmation of the order, nothingz
Wow. Waited 30 minutes because one of the sales guys didn't know how to scan a shoe and retrieve it from the warehouse. He tried three times and wasted everyone's time. In the middle of an economic crisis and he couldn't even do his job properly. Do not go to this store. I walked out of there. They don't want to sell their shoes.
Manager is nice and polite. The other employees are indifferent, unapologetic when errors are made and even rude and argumentative even when I didn’t even implicitly or otherwise imply wrongdoing. This review is based on multiple visits given that I live close by. This location tarnishes JD Sports their reputation. You must, very easily, be able to do much better at customer service. Disappointed.
