Beautiful collection of very high quality shoes. Lady, working there, was very pleasant and helpful. Will be my favourite shoe store in Amsterdam.

Extremely rude. Aparently they don't want/ need new customers. Collection is not that good anyway if you are used to good italian or spanish shoes

Well unfortunately. Nice and assisted, but bought a pair of shoes for 190 euros of which after the first 3 hours wearing both noses let go of the leather. Went back, but unfortunately no reason for restitution, reimbursement, discount, allowance or something, is simply not the intention that you bump into something or touch something with the nose of your shoe (?). ??? Shoes from 190 euros ?? I really expect more from and also from a store that sells them. Very poor quality. Unfortunately for me the last time I buy shoes here. Overprized is my conclusion and yet not that customer friendly, sold is sold .....

Unfortunately the saleswoman didn't feel like locking the door at 17.50 and soon the lights off. Too bad that does not fit with this luxury store and I might have scored something in the sale. Open until 6 pm ...

Last week (14/12) treated very customer unfriendly. I was going to fit boots that were rather tight. Instead of asking if I needed a larger size, the sales employee started the discussion that I really had enough space. Then she immediately went to help another customer and then ignored me completely, while I was still waiting with those boots. When she said hello she did not even look at me. Not really a service that you can expect from such a store! I will not be back again.
