Alexander will try to get you into the Scientology sect. Content is amateurish, badly designed and very poorly substantiated. Things are said all the time that don't make sense, that are not professional or that unfairly mislead people. As an example, see the fallacy below, which shows that personal gut feelings and ignorance prevail: "What gives you the right to get a refund without reason after you have returned a purchase? I do not support the government, let that be clear. That has nothing to do with VVD, SP, PVDA, CDA, SGP or whatever political party. I do not support the government as a whole! "

It is very unfortunate that Alex does not quite have the recognition / fame he deserves in the Netherlands! About five years ago I came to his website by accident, and from that moment on the website "question alex" was engraved in my memory. Because I was annoyed for years by all those companies and so-called 'customer' services that used 0900 numbers. Thanks to Alex, I have certainly saved hundreds of Euros for which he earned all credits and honor. He has spent many hours trying to find the landline numbers behind all those 0900 numbers! (That alone earned a lot of respect) In addition, he has always realized everything for free, so selflessly for individuals who no longer wanted to call 0900 numbers. Recently I helped me to have free telephone contact with that cunning zip code lottery. Alex keep it up ...........................

Alex, have now spent 2 years in Excel online with internet and calling behavior. Have abbo from 2 years then, so can switch. Online (formerly Wanadoo, Orange) and now T-Mobile has taken the start ticks out, but as of January 1 there is already a rate change. Introduced and therefore simply more expensive over a 2-year period. All providers side by side and therefore also read all terms and conditions, additional terms and conditions. Put everything in a sheet and Versatel is simply the cheapest. You even have a SIM abbo there, which they just have in the package. The differences are between 30 and 300 Euro on an annual basis. People, "members of Alex" would do well to put their behavior in a sheet. For Alex it is a small effort to make the correct calculation of "hidden costs" such as line rental, wireless modem rental (modem itself is not usually free) and then the antivirus packages split in your stomach that cost as much as 2.95 euros per pop account. . With 5 Pop accounts you are at 15 Euro !!! Good luck and keep it up.

Alex hung up because I didn't answer the question quickly enough about what kind of company was the company I was looking for. Alex apparently assumes no one should be crazy to get him on the line while assuming you are calling a company directly. After all, it was never mentioned that I should first explain to Alex what kind of company I wanted to speak to.
