BBQ & Grill Hoorn

The place is cute but the meat not very good quality, there is basically no service, you cook your own food. It was super hot because you eat in front of the grill, and the drinks super expensive. We were served by a blonde waitress that was really nice. Overall we had a good evening but don’t expect too much from the food

Limited choice of meat. Chicken and pork only. Not very well marinated. Rest only processed meat. For me not a success.

Food wasn't very good, building was dirty and old, very noisy, way too hot inside. The desserts and the service was good

Prices are not the ones shown. You have to pay for a single glas of water. Meats are from a good quality. Service at table not the best.

Ate with my wife and kids here. Service was great. Friendly waiter and the set up of the inside, and thats all I can find positive in this restaurant. Huge disappointment is the food. It was pretty much chicken chicken and more chicken. 1 choice of pork and 1 prawn and 1 fish type. No beef???.!! What? Really? The website stating selection of fish, meats and vegetables....for the bbq Etc... "meats"?? Which one? Is not given! And there is a reason why and it's obvious. Why not stating directly "chicken" as in "meats"! Who wants to chase away customers right? But for me this is misleading customers. And to make it even more crazy the rate for kids from 0 to 5 is 10eur!!! 10eur for my little boy who is 1 barely ate 5 French fries and had an ice tea which is not included in the eat all you can rate. So an extra 2.50eur. We had no choice but bring him with us (no baby sitter) though we knew about their kids rates. But setting it at 10eur from ZERO to 5 years is unrealistic and again not different from theft if you want my opinion. Babies of 1 going into 2 or 3 barely eat anything, so why not leaving customers the choice to just order something small from the menu for them. No proplem in applying normal rates to real-eat-all-you-can-people but to a baby?? Really??! I will not be surprised this restaurant closes its doors soon if they continue doing what they are doing.
