Good company for pick up

My Pond Box would be delivered on Monday 1-2-2021 in the morning at my garden park. Waited all morning. It turned out that they had not put my pond tank in the truck. So this morning for J.L. waited. Wednesday afternoon 3-1-2021 new attempt. I get a call from the driver asking if I would like to meet him to transfer the 2 m by 1.50 m pond tank to my passenger car because he thought he could not get to my address. I explained that this is not going to fit in my passenger car. Further explained how to get there. It arrives and stops 20 meters before the entrance to the car park. I tell him that he can easily drive on and make a turn in the parking lot. He refuses and unloads the pond and drives away again. What a craft club this is.

Very well organized, I had to pick up a large package, was neatly placed in the trailer

The unloading took place very quickly. Convenient access, wide courtyard. Operational office work.
