They advertise using a competitors name.
I searched for cibatax, my go to taxi company in Eindhoven, and using the cibatax name on Google search they appeared first. So I clicked on the call sign. Thinkin I had called cibatax only to notice the mistake after I hung up the phone.
After this it only got worse. I asked for a specific time to be picked up. Taxi didn't show so I called again. Was told the cab shouldhave already be at my location, but was promised he would arrive soon.
After 10 more minutes and 2 unanswered phonecalls to braintax I made other arrangements. That cab showed up at the same time as the braintax cab driver, who was now mad because I said he had his chance and we would take the other cab, because they kept their promise.
Next time I double check to be sure not to call this company again.
