We left car here to make sure it's safe. After one week car doesn't work. Service says that they can't take responsibility for this. Even when we asked for help with pushing car there was a problem because noone had time for this. Very bad approach to the customer I recommend to avoid this place.

They broke my side mirror and the direction light. We immediately realised and asked for explanations. They returned us the piece of side mirror missing and made us fill a report to ask for repair of the light. This was 9 months ago and they never came back to us despite several calls. Simply avoid!!!

I booked the parking a month ahead of time. On arrival at the parking place, the check-in desk was closed. There was no notice sign. A I had to catch a flight, I had to look for another parking place. What a waste of money!!! Note that the car drop-off is in Veldhoven, about 15 min drive from the airport. There are plenty options just across the road from the airport.
