drama! I left the car in front of the building. when I came back it was wrecked elsewhere !!. I have not recovered my money until today.

TERRIBLE, AVOID AT ANY PRICE! Do not trust them! Prices are not cheaper and Customer Service is terrible. I booked my spot with them (based on google search) - hours before the flight. BUT.. .the office was closed, nobody answered the phone. I had to take my car to another car park, which I had to pay again. When following up on the case: several calls & emails, and finally not getting a refund, but offered for a voucher... That's very shameful!

Arrogant! By far, the worst service we have gotten in the Netherlands in 24 months living here, orchestrated by the manager. So don't bother to escalate if you have a problem. Apart from that, you should know that your car is being driven 20 minutes away from the airport by their staff. No one bothers to tell you, nor to check if the car is insured to be driven by another driver. Park your car for the same fee at the airport official parking!!!.
