Unbelievably, on 08-12-2020 around 10:42 PM (Gas station open until 11:00 PM) I wanted to refuel at this gas station. The pump just kept off and was not released. After a few minutes I walked in to buy a pack of cigarettes. When I walked in, the saleswoman said: it is really not your fault (am tinted) !!!!!!!!! If you want you can pin at the pump itself !!!! I always lock the pump earlier because everyone else keeps driving !!!!! While people had refueled for me and were paying inside !! Not normal this, really unbelievable. Very customer unfriendly and maybe even more. Never again this gas station for me !! Even one star is too much !!!

Customer unfriendly, disrespectful and unfair treatment, I was asked there twice in different days to go to allowance and was the same the cashier employee he refuses to allow me to this old man with gray hair, white last I said that I am diabetes and yet has refused me, something went wrong this review is about shell tank station at antoniy fokkerweg 8 in Amsterdam
