For part of a few euros, the two ladies were willing to sacrifice some time and make it work. All orders were neatly ready and very satisfied with the quality. For example, there should be more shops.

Very bad service. I was not satisfied with a product and found out after one use. Because yes, otherwise you will not find out that the product does not meet expectations. As it stands in lowercase. I left the product there for Patrick (the owner) to have a look at. No idea why. While it is clearly stated on the website that if the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Return was successful, but no money back unfortunately. Without clear reason or explanation because I was never contacted as promised. Then called 4 times and eventually picked up because I paid for it after all. Box was completely torn open and the product was not even properly put in the box. Any form of service is missing here.

In connection with a leak in our liner swimming pool, we asked for advice by telephone about a product; answer was that we could use the product in question. After delivery, however, we saw on the bottle that it was not suitable for our type of pool. Had contact with this and agreed by email that we could return the product and we would then get the costs + the shipping costs refunded. We have received a refund of the costs of the product after further questions. The shipping costs so far (more than 4 weeks after the refund of the product) still not. Not good service !!

3 years ago bought a dolphin at Zwemland unfortunately after 3 years the transformer broke down and we bought a new one in August. Unfortunately it also broke down and we got a new one today (warranty). Patrick also checked the robot completely and gave it a service. Thank you for the quick switching and the way you have solved this.

Bought a sand filter pump at Zwemland this week. The assembly left something to be desired because the manual was not very clear and I myself was probably a bit too rude. As a result, I made a mistake in assembling it and brought it back to the store in consultation. That same day the men at Zwemland fixed it and now everything works as expected. In short, definitely recommended.
