Rhg design ordered online: cutting grid 3 stages and 2 x 4 dosing system units. First dose units in orange and green cutting grid yellow. After placing an order, almost immediately an e-mail confirming and checking the color selection of the cutting rack. This color was then replaced by blue. Neatly received track and trace and order arrived. Despite the correct packaging and care, the cutting grid has been broken in several places. Immediately made a photo of this and had contact with the owner of rhg designs. Here it was super customer oriented and friendly picked up, within 3 days new track and trace sent and received nicely. Very satisfied with quality and strong materials, an extra addition to the reefer. Rhg designs thanks for the customer friendliness and service these are of paramount importance to you.
