The latest coffee machine from Miele purchased from van Boven BV. The day of delivery was very chaotic. The device could not be made ready and there was no explanation about the device, simply because the best man there knew nothing. There are even costs for the delivery of the device. I personally experienced this as a very bad service. My advice, buy the device at Miele in Vianen, it is then delivered free of charge with the necessary explanations and ready for use.

I have been here 5 weeks ago for a bathroom. A few hours at the table with Mrs. Van Boven. Together with a bathroom, the real drawing and quotation would be finished after 3/4 weeks. It is now 5 weeks ago, I have in the meantime called several times but have not yet received a response. Feel incredibly taken aback. And did not expect this from a bathroom store on this level. Very bad service!
