If I could give 0, for sure I would do this. I don't recommend this seller and garage. I bought a car what supposed to be in really good condition (as they said). Fortunately I took also 3 months warranty. In 3 months car was broken 4 times!!! 4 times I had to drive almost 40 km in one side to "repair" it. First it happened after 3 days when I bought this car, then again after one week. Explanation of Mr. Patric (I guess) was that could happen to brand new car. Ok, they "repaired" and maybe after 1 month again the same like twice before... again "repaired" and after 2 days the same problem :). Please, check 100 times before You buy and "repair" car there.

Na een proefrit met een blij en goed gevoel de auto mee naar huis genomen. Ook een keurig bedrag voor onze andere auto gekregen. Aan het einde van de rit naar huis (na 2,5 uur) constateerde we een vervelende rammel. Bij onze garage laten nakijken en gemeld bij Henk Schouten. Zonder moeilijk doen konden we dat laten verhelpen bij onze eigen garage en werd de factuur vergoed door Henk Schouten. Alle lof!

Spent more than 2000 euros for a car that I returned to scrapping after 3 months. A wreck on the road. Test drive was still going and according to the owner the car was fine. DO NOT BUY HERE !!! You have been warned, these are scammers! Not worth a star.

I bought an opel astra at henk schouten on 19-12-19. The advertisement stated both in the title and in the description with air conditioning, with capital letters. Then you also expect that the air conditioning is working. We come from Rotterdam for an hour's drive to view the car, We were allowed to take a test drive, And unfortunately, The air conditioning does not work. And there was a crack in the tubing of the crankcase ventilation where exhaust gasses came out. When we came back from the test drive we immediately showed this. and also let them know that the air conditioning was not working. Mr. told us that we had to replace that tube ourselves. and that we just have to take the car as it is. And also told that despite the air conditioning was broken (What was not reported on the advertisement) No compensation received. Why is there large letters AIRCO in the title if it does not? And it is not indicated that it is broken. also gave the car the message that the brakes were not good, But sir told us that the car was pre-approved 25-11-19 and that the car was in top condition and that the brakes were in good condition. the car went through the inspection without any problems. I trusted it, And even though the air conditioning wasn't working, the car drove well, so I bought it anyway. On the way on the highway I already noticed that the car vibrated a lot. Once I got home I still wanted to have the car checked. So I went to a garage. and to my great surprise. The car should not have been approved at all. The tube that is torn from the crankcase ventilation is only rejected because exhaust gases come out of it. And according to sir, this was not a problem and we had to make it ourselves. The silencer is also completely leak which is also a rejection point. the 2 headlights also contain moisture. But according to the gentleman, the car went through the inspection without any problems? After 2 days a strange sound with steering also appeared. Something with the power steering that is going broken. I will certainly report this to the RDW. Mr. says that the car went through the inspection without problems. Find this very clever with a rotten silencer and the flaws that are with this car. This is not allowed at all. Don't buy a car here anymore.
