Great service and always friendly. Here you are not treated as a number but as a friend of the business. Curtains were delivered on time and made to measure and sent by post during the lockdown.

You will always be welcomed in the store with open arms and lots of friendliness. time is really taken for you with a cup of coffee or tea. very friendly people, professional and qualitative.

When I moved into my new home, I deliberately chose to engage Bien Connue's craftsmen to take care of curtains and net curtains. By appointment, I was expertly helped in the store in Vught by the enthusiastic owner and his wife. Mr Knüwer then meticulously recorded the measurements in the house and inspected the options. He takes acoustics and obstacles such as doors into account. Through their experience they know flawlessly what is appropriate for the home and my taste. To make a good impression and distinguish me from my neighbors, he even suggested covering the balcony with a lawn. Given the short time between order and my move, Bien Connue has made a good effort to be able to deliver the curtains in time. In the meantime, the owner kept me informed of the delivery time both by e-mail and by phone. On the day of the move itself, the largest part could be installed, including insect screens, so that I am now relieved of insects. In the following weeks, the missing items were neatly delivered. I can be enthusiastic about the price I was charged in relation to the craftsmanship delivered and the man-hours. In short: Bien Connue lives up to its beautiful name, with people who understand their profession and where service is written with a big "S".
