jeweler Ripassa

Last week I expressed my interest in a watch at this jeweler and made an appointment to come and have a look. The day before the appointment, it is canceled because the jeweler had sold two watches of the model that day. This is of course possible, but it didn't feel right. A friend then sent an email to this jeweler asking if the watches were still available. The attached photo clearly shows that the jeweler at that friend of mine indicates that there are 2 available. To give the jeweler a chance to explain, I approach him and then there is always a different explanation. He would receive 4 to 5 within 10 days, etc. This is very different from the photo in the attachment and I think it's a shame that as a customer I am not taken seriously and that the truth is not being spoken. Why then two stars and not one? The communication is very fast and very friendly in itself and I think I should write a review that is truthfully experienced. It may be that the seller may not have trusted me or whatever, but I would have liked to hear that honestly after my request for an explanation. A customer who wants to buy a watch of such a price should be taken seriously.

2 x sent an e-mail to ask if they still had a certain bracelet because it is listed on the website but do not respond at all. Unfortunately.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Bas (owner). Really fantastic help. Espresso included, decent trade-in price for my old watch, and a beautiful new one with a fantastic Ripassa (red top wine from Veneto). Seldom left a store with such a good feeling, but unfortunately the Ripassa did not make it the next day ;-)

Friendly staff. I am always happy with nice people. However, my parents wanted to buy an IWC but were not treated kindly there. Hence 4 stars instead of 5
