I had an appointment for Solar Panel inspection today morning between 08:00-10:00 for 45 to 60 minutes. However, Sebastiaan from Bozon called me at 9:23 and said that he couldn't make it on time and asked to come at 12:00. I said to him it was not possible because I had two appointments at tax office at 11:40 and at 14:20. So I asked him to come after 4pm even after 5pm. But he said that he couldn't come at that hours. Therefore I requested from him to come to my home as quickly as possible. Then I called SolarCentury customer service at 9:37 to inform about this situation. They said that we would call back you soon. After then Sebastiaan from Bozon called me again at 10:01 and informed me that he couldn't come to my house. I asked him to come at 4pm or 4:30pm or even after 5pm. However, he refused it because he said he had to be at different place on after 4pm. When I informed him that I would make complaint about this situation, he said that "you could go forward with it." This is not respectful and this is not acceptable. If your colleague does not obey the appointment on time why you make an appointment then? Why I contacted with Solar Century together with IKEA? Because Solar Century installs Solar Panel System to one of my friend's house. And it has co-operation with IKEA. And my friend was happy with the service. However, this is the case that I had an appointment and your installation company informed me that they cannot come to my home at the appointment time at the last time. This is not acceptable. Because there was no rational and valid reason not to attend the appointment on time. Moreover, Solar Century customer service suggested to come for inspection after 5pm. And I said them I had already asked but I got refused. So my solution proposal to Solar Century was to work with different installation company. But I got an answer this is not possible for Eindhoven area. I have an appointment with you to install Solar Panel to my house on 8th of May. Because of the above mentioned explanation and complaint, I have cancelled the installation. I am not happy with the service at all that I got so I will share this bad experience with all my friends.

Share falsehoods in plan development and do not seem to care about the interests of others. Promises to start a conversation are not kept.

I made the huge mistake of working with them through Ikea. I regret it every day. I believe I have rarely seen such a contented with Mr. ... E in one company. No respect, no skill, no professionalism. A bunch of incompetents finished. Here is my mishap following an interminable blackout that lasted 2 long months during the 2 best months of the year. 3 months before the outage, I communicated several times that I had communication problems with the inverter. it was producing but nothing was visible on the application. I was not taken seriously and I was given totally illogical excuses. if I had been taken seriously, the problem most likely could have been detected before the failure. my outage would have lasted only the time of replacing the inverter instead of lasting 2 months. one Saturday afternoon, I had a production cut. there was no one at home and no construction in the street. When I get home, I notice that the fuse of the solar installation has blown. I switch it on again but I see that the inverter remains in night mode. looking at the screen, I notice that the production remains at 0. so there is a big problem with the installation. after the breakdown, I had to wait 1 week before we understood that I was down. I had to explain several times that the fuse was ON again, that the inverter screen lit up but that it remained in night mode and that the production indicated by the inverter was indeed 0. all I was told was to check if the fuse was put back to ON and see the production on the screen and that it was only a communication problem but that the production was present. all the same, it is incompetence when you explain something over and over and repeatedly tell you to check the points you have already explained. I was circled for 1 week. The new inverter was lost during sending. 1 month and a half after the failure, still no repair or inverter. Instead of immediately sending a new UPS, they wasted a lot of time trying to find the lost UPS (1.5 months). They should have sent a new one so they would have had plenty of time to find the lost part without penalizing me. in the end it took a month and a half to receive the part. unfortunately for me, the misadventure does not end there. after a month and a half of waiting, the part sent was not the correct one. and there, again, they are responsible for nameless incompetence. indeed, after the initial installation, they asked for pictures of the inverter as well as its reference label. they also received the controller's file with the reference. despite all this, my file was left with a bad reference. After almost 2 months, they finally decided to change partners. it was a good decision because in a few days everything was fixed. but unfortunately this decision should have been taken long before. The loss of production was only compensated for me by not even 50%. They hang around for 2 months, don't take anything seriously, are incompetent but it's up to the customer to pay for their dirty work. A society filled with incompetent M ... E. Nothing more If I had known.... Especially since I wanted to increase my capacity but the inverter is just planned for what it takes. So if I do, I have to buy a new inverter .... very good that ...
